Take the leap, join our team! THE CENTER ST-PIERRE is looking for a trainer in organizational development and communication to complement its training team. Position regular full-time (35h) In order to make up for retirements, the Center St-Pierre (CSP) is renewing its training team. The successful candidate will be able to count on the expertise of a committed and dynamic team, resolutely turned towards the future, which has supported community groups for more than 40 years. Mandate The person must design and lead training, intervention, support and consultation procedures on questions relating to organizational development, among others, on human resources management, working conditions, strategic planning, public speaking public, social marketing, communication plan and on social networks, with the community and the social economy. Main responsibilities:  Analyze and evaluate training and support needs of an organization and propose an adapted approach  Support groups and facilitate the emergence of collective intelligence  Participate in the analysis of the external environment, identify avenues for development or projects while participating in the development, reflection and positioning of the CSP mission  Produce and write intervention reports, portraits of agnostics, action plans and research reports  Liaise with partners, develop collaboration agreements, bring together, participate and facilitate meetings  Develop service offers in accordance with the needs expressed  Participate in the production of activity reports and project reports  Participate in the administrative tasks of the team  Participate in team life and different internal committees Profile of skills:  Use an educational approach aimed at the autonomy of individuals, groups and communities  Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and target audiences >  Ability to work in a team  Creativity, autonomy and entrepreneurship  Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools  Mastery of information technologies, social networks and t from the Web  Ability to analyze and read social issues  Ability to write and popularize  Possess the skills to work with tight deadlines  Ability to lead different mandates simultaneously Prerequisite:  1st cycle diploma in communication, psychosociology, community development, organization management or any other relevant training  Three to five years of experience in training and animation incommunity and social economy environment  Good knowledge of the fields of organizational development and communications, particularly of themes related to public speaking, social marketing and social networks  Driver's license Conditions of employment:  Regular full-time position at 35 hours per week  Salary according to the current salary scale, between $ 46,056 and $ 50,360 per year, depending on the experience  Unionized position with full range of benefits: group insurance, pension plan, etc.  Evening and weekend availability, occasionally  Availability for trips across Quebec, on occasion Strengths  Bilingualism  Experience in developing communication strategies Start work: as soon as possible > Interested persons are invited to send their curr iculum vitae and a motivation letter which translates their conception of the training and development of community organizations, no later than February 14, 2020, at 5 p.m., at the following email address: /> We thank all those who apply .
