Call for candidates Position title: Responsible for Student Life Status: Full-time Place of work: Campus de Montréal Start date: As soon as possible Job summary > The person responsible for student life is responsible for the management and development of student life. As part of his duties, he participates in the work of various committees and bodies, and he contributes to the implementation of the institutional plan for success. Characteristic attributions • Ensures the management of sports, cultural and community activities; • Is responsible for the dissemination of the various policies and procedures of the college relating to health and the environment; • Applies various regulations and procedures, particularly in the case of plagiarism, breach of intellectual honesty; • Collaborate in planning, carrying out activities such as welcoming students, supporting students with special needs or with disabilities and foreign students as well as supporting success (intervention plan and follow-up, help center, tutoring by peers, etc.) • Plays an advisory role with school stakeholders in supporting students with adjustment difficulties; • Participates in the work of the various management committees, the study committee and meetings of the college network. Required profile Possess a final undergraduate university degree in a field of specialization appropriate to the job; • Fluency in French, both oral and written; • Solid knowledge of the college environment; • Ease of working with information technology; • Great ability to listen and adapt; • Excellent judgment; • Interpersonal skills and interpersonal skills; • Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
