The position we offer will bring the chosen person to accompany the teachers of preschool education (kindergarten 4 years and kindergarten 5 years) in the implementation, development and evaluation of the programs of study, classroom management and didactics. In addition, she will provide support to principals and technical staff in the development and evaluation of educational activity programs for elementary care.


The pedagogical adviser collaborates in the realization of the educational project and the specific projects of the institutions; he or she participates in the elaboration, the implementation of the action plan of the educational project while respecting the educational and administrative frameworks, both at the level of the institutions and the school board.

She / he is involved in the implementation of the curriculum and training, advises teachers and management on the interpretation of these programs, and designs and facilitates workshops and training sessions on the elements from the program; he or she collaborates in developing learning situations and supports classroom experimentation.

She or he advises and supports teachers on an individual and collective basis to support daily action; he or she designs or selects and facilitates training and instrumentation activities for adaptation, innovation and educational development needs.

She or he instructs teachers on the evaluation of learning; she or he accompanies them in the design, development or adaptation of assessment tools.

She or he participates with teachers in the development and implementation of strategies and projects to help students who have or are likely to have adjustment or learning difficulties.


She advises supervisory, teaching and professional staff on issues related to development programsstaff, plan these programs and evaluate the results.

She or he analyzes and advises on the selection of teaching material, additional material, equipment, software and relevant software packages; he or she advises on the layout of the premises.

She or he advises school staff on ways of integrating technology into teaching; he or she collaborates in the realization of projects that go in this direction; he / she develops and facilitates training and information workshops on the elements of the Technology Integration Program.

She or he works with other school stakeholders, partner organizations and the Ministry of Education and Advanced Learning.


Undergraduate university degree in a field of specialization suitable for employment, including education.

The person must hold a valid driver's license, own a vehicle and use it to travel on the territory of the CSDGS. The person could be called to lead parent meetings in the evening.
