THE CENTER ST-PIERRE is looking for a trainer in organizational development to complete its training team Regular full-time position (35h) In order to make up for retirements, the Center St-Pierre (CSP) is renewing its training team. The successful candidate will be able to count on the expertise of a committed and dynamic team, resolutely turned towards the future, which has supported community groups for over 40 years. Mandate The person should conceive see and facilitate training, intervention, support and consultation procedures on questions relating to organizational development, among others, on human resources management, working conditions and strategic planning with the community and the social economy. Main responsibilities: - Analyze and assess the training and support needs of an organization and propose an appropriate approach - Support groups and facilitate emergence of collective intelligence - Participate in the analysis of the external environment, identify areas for development or projects while participating in the development, reflection and positioning of the CSP mission - Produce and write intervention reports, diagnostic portraits, action plans and research reports

Liaise with partners , develop collaboration agreements, gather, participate and facilitate meetings - Develop service offers in accordance with the needs expressed - Participate in the production of activity reports and project reports - Participate in the administrative tasks of the team - Participate in team life and the various internal committees Profile of skills: - Use an educational approach aimed at autonomy of people, groups and communities - Ability to adapt to different interlocutors and target audiences - Ability to work in a team - Creativity, autonomy and entrepreneurship - Mastery Information technology, Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools - Ability to analyze and read social issues - Writing and popularization skills - Possess skills for work with schools tight timings - Ability to carry out different mandates simultaneously Prerequisite: - Undergraduate degree in psychosociology, community development, organization management or any other relevant training - Three to five years of experience in training and animation in the community and social economy environment - Good knowledge of the field of organizational development and particularly of themes related to human resources management, working conditionsand strategic planning - Driving license Conditions of employment: - Regular full-time position at 35 hours per week - Salary according to the current salary scale , between $ 46,056 and $ 50,360 per year, depending on experience - Unionized position with full range of benefits: group insurance, Pension plan, etc. - Evening and evening availability weekend, occasionally - Availability for trips across Quebec, occasionally Assets - Bilingualism - NPO management experience Entry into office: as soon as possible Interested persons are invited to send their curriculum vitae and a motivation letter which reflects their conception of the training and development of community organizations, no later than February 14, 2020, at 5 p.m., at the following email address: /> We thank all those who ask their candidacy.
