NATURE OF WORK
The employment of a pedagogical advisor more specifically includes consulting and support functions for school and educational service providers regarding the implementation, development and evaluation of educational programs. studies, classroom management and didactics.
SOME FEATURE CHARACTERISTICS
The pedagogical adviser collaborates in the realization of the educational project and the specific projects of the institutions; he or she participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of their success plan while respecting the educational and administrative frameworks, both at the level of the institutions and the school board. She or he collaborates in the implementation of study and training programs, advises teachers and management on the interpretation of these programs, and designs and facilitates workshops and training sessions on program elements; he or she collaborates in developing learning situations and supports classroom experimentation.

ACCURACY OF THE MANDATE
Animation of training and support of school teams according to the needs of the environments including support in service centers EHDAA, particularly in support of behavior;
Development of tools for the implementation of effective teaching practices in special education and particularly with students with behavioral difficulties;
Support and advisory support to school principals and school teams;
Participation in various admission and advisory committees
Active educational watch.
Undergraduate university degree in a field of specialization suitable for employment, including education.
Have significant experience in special education.
Have a good knowledge of students with behavioral difficulties.
Good knowledge of universal teaching and classroom management.
Have passed a French test (SEL, TECFÉE, CÉFRANC) with a minimum mark of 60%.
TREATMENT: Salary range from $ 46,114 to $ 82,585, depending on experience
According to the National Agreement Governing Non-Teaching Professionals.
