NATURE OF WORK
The employment of a pedagogical advisor more specifically includes consulting and support functions for school and educational service providers regarding the implementation, development and evaluation of educational programs. studies, classroom management and didactics.
SOME FEATURE CHARACTERISTICS
The pedagogical adviser collaborates in the realization of the educational project and the specific projects of the institutions; he or she participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of their success plan while respecting the educational and administrative frameworks, both at the level of the institutions and the school board. She or he collaborates in the implementation of study and training programs, advises teachers and management on the interpretation of these programs, and designs and facilitates workshops and training sessions on program elements; he or she contributes to the development of learning situations and supports classroom experimentation. She or he advises and supports teachers on an individual and collective basis to support daily action; he / she designs or selects and facilitates training and instrumentation activities for adaptation, innovation and educational development needs. She or he instructs teachers on the evaluation of learning; she or he accompanies them in the design, development or adaptation of evaluation tools. As part of our educational project, the educational consultant will be responsible for setting up new teaching pathways (concomitant, individualized, ATE, etc.).
Undergraduate university degree in a field of specialization suitable for employment, including education.
This post requires:
Relevant work experience, particularly in the field of education.
Experience in the field of vocational training (an asset).
Knowledge of the construction industry and training programs offered.
Excellent communication skills, dynamism and leadership.
Have passed a French test according to the success threshold required by the school board.
TREATMENT: Salary range from $ 46,114 to $ 82,585, depending on experience
According to the National Agreement Governing Non-Teaching Professionals.
