Description de l’offre d’emploi

Principales fonctions :

Intervenir spécifiquement auprès d’enfants qui éprouvent d’importantes difficultés à s’intégrer aux activités du service de garde;
En collaboration avec divers intervenants et l’éducatrice du groupe, élaborer et réviser le plan d’intégration, le plan de soutien et l’aide-mémoire, selon les recommandations de professionnels reconnus par le ministère de la Famille, conformément aux orientations du CPE;
En étroite collaboration avec, notamment, l’éducatrice responsable du groupe, mettre en application le plan d’intégration afin de favoriser l’intégration de l’enfant au sein du groupe et sa participation aux activités. Veiller aussi à sa santé, à sa sécurité et à son bien-être;
Participer aux rencontres interdisciplinaires;
Créer du matériel pédagogique et de soutien;
Soutenir les éducatrices, dans le but de favoriser l’intégration des enfants;
Connaître et respecter les procédures du CPE entre autres en matière de jeux extérieurs, sorties, blessures, maladies, administration de médicaments, accueil, fermeture et désinfection ;
Assurer l’ordre et la propreté du matériel ;
Maintenir un lien professionnel avec les parents, notamment en ce qui concerne le développement et le comportement des enfants ;
Assister et participer aux réunions du personnel ;
Respecter les politiques en vigueur au CPE et le code d’éthique.
