Description de l’offre d’emploi

Évaluer, planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes.
Planifier et gérer le budget d’acquisition des documents.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les politiques de circulation et d’élagage des documents.
Mettre en circulation et recevoir les livres et autres documents.
Évaluer les activités des membres et les guider dans la gestion et l’aménagement des bibliothèques, ainsi que dans toute autre question pertinente.
Élaborer des guides et des formations pour les membres et les bibliothèques et agir à titre de soutien pour l’équipe technique.
Mettre à jour continuellement le centre de documentation, les données des bibliothèques et les statistiques.
Coordonner les communications entre les bibliothèques et l’externe et rédiger des infolettres.
