Principales fonctions
Personne qui, en collaboration avec son équipe de travail et les spécialistes, répond aux besoins physiques, psychologiques et de rééducation générale des usagers. Elle participe à l'évaluation, la programmation, l'exécution et le contrôle des programmes généraux appliqués aux usagers dont elle a charge. Elle enregistre leurs progrès et leurs réactions et rédige les documents de contrôle d'évolution requis.

Responsabilités générales

Activités visant l'adaptation, la réadaptation ou le maintien des capacités de l'usager
- Collabore avec l'équipe pour favoriser le bien-être des usagers
- Collabore à l’actualisation de certaines activités prévues au plan d’intervention selon les recommandations de l'intervenant responsable
- Soutien les éducateurs dans la réalisation de certaines activités
- Soutien les éducateurs dans la préparation de matériel
- Motive et suscite la participation des usagers
- Partage ses observations aux membres de l'équipe
Soutien dans le contexte des plateaux de travail/intégration socioprofessionnelle
- Complète des grilles d'observation
- Repérage du risque suicidaire en cohérence avec les procédures établies
- Activités liées à l'entretien des lieux
- Accompli des travaux légers d'entretien, de lingerie et de buanderie
Activités liées au repas
- Participer à la préparation et au service des repas
- Faire les commandes de fournitures + épicerie
Activités liées à l'hygiène et au confort de l'usager
- Prépare la salle et le matériel en vue d'un soin d'hygiène
- Contribuer à la désinfection/et à la remise en place de la salle de bain
Activités liées au transport des usagers
